20 Years in Business for Reclaimed

We are so very pleased and proud to have reached a significant milestone; this year at Recalimed we are celebrating 20 years in business.
We have supplied many many miles of reclaimed floorboards and and reclaimed architectural timbers to thousands of satisified customers.
During this time we have had to relocate tlo our presnt workshops and yard as we had seriously outgrown our city yard in London’s Eastend, tucked away ynder 3 railway arches with very little outdoor space. Our move to Sewardstone Hall Farm, Chingford has seen us able to grow the business and reach out to new and a differnet types of customer.
Mind you, we still offer the same great service and are still 100% committed to what we do. We get a real buzz out of being able to help people use timber in a sustainable and ethical way. And we are very encouraged by the response that we get from our customers who have been looking for someone to supply them with recycled materials.

Reclaimed is a small business dedicated to excellence as a leading supplier of reclaimed wood flooring and other timbers. More and more consumers are interested in purchasing environment-friendly products for their homes.
Reclaimed timbers are a great way of including recycled materials in your programme of work. Installations with Reclaimed Floor boards, shows us that timber created for one project can be reused, even generations later in different ways. “Antique” as used in the flooring industry refers to flooring produced from large timbers retrieved from structures built many years ago, most in the 1800′s. We recover/retrieve these timbers. Our sawyers precision mill them into beautiful flooring. The end result is flooring that a homeowner can enjoy and be proud of for a lifetime. We are very proud to be a part of the recycling process and are able to provide to you, a unique and beautiful products. Our wood flooring products include ¾” flooring in 3,4,5,6 and 7″ widths (widths up to 12″, on occasion). We can also produce for you rough sawn lumber , as well as solid antique beams (available in reclaimed sawn and hand hewn).

A Visit to France

At Reclaimed I’m getting ready to make a trip to France, we have found a new source for reclaimed vintage French Oak. We’re making the visit to check out the quality of the French Oak and get the very best prices for you; before shipping it into the UK. We love it when one of us gets the chance to leave the yard for a day or two, it’s not a jolly, but all the same a change is as good as a rest. Bon Voyage. Back soon.
